BUCKLEY AIR FORCE BASE MILITARY LEASE CLAUSE

LEASE ADDENDUM

 If the tenant is a member of the Armed Forces of the United States, he/she may terminate this lease upon written notice to the landlord of his/her intention to do so and termination shall become effective thirty (30) days after the date of the service of the notice upon the landlord, when one of the following criteria applies.

(1)   Member receives official permanent change of station (PCS) orders to depart 30 miles or more radius from the Denver Metro Area.

(2)   Member receives official orders retiring, separating, or relieving him/her from active duty with the Armed Forces.

(3)   Member receives funded orders (AF Form 150) to move into government housing.
